Returns & Refunds

All Minarelli Tuning products are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you. We take great care in producing every part to the highest standard. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Your right to return
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@minarellituning.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions. Because our products are manufactured on demand, please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior notice cannot be processed.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of installation, modification, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@minarellituning.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

• — EU countries — 14 days, customer pays return shipping
• — United Kingdom — 14 days, customer pays return shipping
• — Norway & Switzerland — 14 days, customer pays return shipping
• — Balkans & Other Europe — 14 days, customer pays return shipping
• — United States & Rest of World — no returns accepted (defective items still covered, see above)

Exceptions
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: items that have been installed, modified, painted, or otherwise altered after delivery; items ordered in custom colours or configurations not listed in our standard range; items damaged due to improper installation or use.
