About us
Minarelli Tuning is an independent brand based at Jos Habetsstraat 19, 6419CB Heerlen, Netherlands. We are not affiliated with Motori Minarelli or Yamaha. Contact: info@minarellituning.com.

Orders and acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled by us.

Products
All products are made to order and 3D printed in the Netherlands. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Ecwid's checkout. We do not store your payment details.

Shipping
We ship worldwide via PostNL. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. For full details see our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. For full details see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, images, designs, and product models is the property of Minarelli Tuning unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability
Our products are sold for personal and recreational use. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, injury, or loss resulting from the installation or use of our products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and correct installation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

User obligations
By using this website you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or misleading content, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@minarellituning.com. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes are subject to Dutch law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
