Shipping Policy

All Minarelli Tuning products are made to order in the Netherlands and shipped worldwide via PostNL. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Production time
Because every product is 3D printed specifically for your order, please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our workshop.

Carrier
We ship all orders via PostNL. Tracking is provided for all shipments. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

The following rates and estimated delivery times apply from the moment your order is dispatched. Total delivery time includes 1–3 business days production time.

Customs and import duties
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment on the PostNL website or via your local postal carrier once it has been handed over internationally.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local postal service conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with PostNL.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed and we will open an investigation with PostNL.
